Teasers & Pleasers

How to reheat our Teasers & Pleasers:

Sweet & Spicy Pork Meatballs, Turkey Meatballs, Phyllo Triangles, Salmon Croquettes, Egg Rolls, and Buffalo Cauliflower.

Pre-heat Oven to 325 degrees
Heat covered to your desired temperature, or it reaches 145 degrees in the center.
Kitchen Favorites

How to reheat our following kitchen favorites:
​
Pan-seared Salmon, Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Spanakopita, Mac & Cheese, Enchiladas, Chicken Tenders, and Quiche.
​
If possible, leave item unrefrigerated at room temperature for around one hour to “temper”.

Pre-heat Oven to 325 degrees
Heat item in foil pan covered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully check the temperature in the center reaches 145 degrees or your desired temperature.
Fresh Vegetables

To reheat the following of our Fresh Vegetables:
Sweet potato wedges, brussels sprouts, Roasted cauliflower, Roasted Potatoes, grilled and roasted vegetables.
Pre-heat Oven to 325 degrees.
Heat Vegetables in foil pans with lid for 10 minutes. Then remove foil lid and heat to 145 degrees or your desired temperature.
Mashed Potatoes

How to reheat our mashed potatoes:

If possible, leave mashed potatoes unrefrigerated at room temperature for around an hour to “temper”.

Pre-heat Oven to 325 degrees
Heat the mashed potatoes covered for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully toss to ensure mashed are heated through.
Return to oven with lid and heat until the temperature in the center reaches 145 degrees or your desired temperature.
Pappardelle & Tagliatelle Pasta

How to reheat our Pappardelle and Tagliatelle Pasta:

If possible, leave pasta unrefrigerated at room temperature for around an hour to “temper”.

Pre-heat Oven to 325-350 degrees
Heat Pasta covered for 15-20 depending on if you are starting from cold or room temperature. Remove from oven and carefully toss pasta in pan to ensure pasta is getting heated Through.
Return pasta to oven covered loosely. Heat to 145 degrees or your desired temperature.
Sliced Pork & Meatballs

To reheat our Sliced Pork & Beef Meatballs
